tpkir sjenak ak ble tgop rmai gak dak2 yg xmkn dging...'vegetarian'
especially dak2 indian...

mreka mndapatkn protein drpn tauhu,kacang, roti whole grain dan potatoes
iron plak drpd bayam, dried fruit dan bean
vitamin c drpd tomato,cereal dan jus2 buahan
calcium drpd susu soya,tofu dan brocolli
zinc plak drpd gandum, kekacang, produk soya dan grain.



ada byk sbb mereka memilih utk mjdi veggie:
1. faktor kesihatan
krna trdapat byk perkaitan antara pemakan daging dgn pnyakit jantung&kanser
2. faktor ekologi
mereka prihatin trhadap mslah pencemaran dan kemusnahan ekosistem
3. faktor agama
trdapat agama2 yg mgharamkn penganiayaan trhdap smua yg hdup..'living thing'
4. cintakn haiwan
mereka mlihat kesakitan n penderitaan haiwan trsebut time kne sembelih
5. mengurangkn keganasan
sbgai 1 lgkah utk mndapatkn keamanan dunia
6. faktor ekonomi
hrga mknan brdaging lebih mhal brbnding syur-syuran


tp pew yg pnting, trdpat kajian yg djlnkn mndapati...
mreka yg veggie ini biasanya mempunyai kndungan lemak, lemak tepu dan kolesterol yg lebih rendah brbnding non-vegetarian.

moreover, they seem to have a lower risk of obesity, coronary heart disease, heart attack, high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus dan semua jnis cancer.
